Scope of Work
The scope of work includes all software development services outlined in the project proposal
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal and are due upon receipt of invoice
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment
- All payments are non-refundable
Warranties and Representations
We warrant that our software development services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for damages is limited to the amount of fees paid for the services
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic
